Winner 2007 Best of State

Upscale Downstairs has recently been selected at the 2007 Best of State award winner in the home improvement/remodeling category. The award will be received at a gala in Salt Lake City on May 19, 2007 at the Salt Palace Grand Ballroom.

This marks the second straight year that Upscale Downstairs has won this prestigious award. Each year judges choose a single winner per category based upon excellence in innovation, growth, customer service, and community outreach.

Last week, Upscale Downstairs celebrated the receipt of two prism awards by the Utah Valley Home Builder�s Association. The winners of these prestigious award were announced during a ceremony at the Riverside Country Club in Provo. Best of State Winner!

Upscale Downstairs has won the 2006 Best of State award for the remodeling/home improvement category. Judges selected Utah's premiere basement finishing company based upon growth, innovation, quality/customer service, and community involvement. The Best of State award ceremony will be on June 23, with a TV broadcast scheduled for a later date.

Cory Hogan of Upscale Downstairs has just been awarded the Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) designation from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). This title is given to individuals who must complete multiple tests and courses to prove superior excellence in the remodeling industry. Currently, Cory is the one person to have achieved this award in the state of Utah.
